Очень пожалел и потерял ( в денежном эквиваленте ) что обратился в данное турагентство. Доверился и не проверил информацию ( работают с ТО Жемчужная Река ). Менеджеры не заинтересованны в подборе тура. В итоге: Испорченый Новый Год, отпуск. Денежные средства за несостоявшийся тур в Китай не вернули!!!

Уважаемый клиент! Ваш тур не сосотоялся по вине туроператора. Денежные средства за несостоявшийся тур, Вам по решению Заволжского районноого суда должен вернуть туроператор, И по тому же решению суда турагентство в данном случае не имеет перед Вами больше никаких обязательств. Претензии считаем необоснованными. С уважением, ООО Звезда плюс Офис Пегас туристик.
