Ужасное заведение: персонал хамит (вплоть до администратора заведения), обслуживание очень долгое. Пытались вынудить заплатить переводом через Сбербанк Онлайн, ссылаясь на то, что терминал не работает. После того, как было твёрдо отказано в таком платеже, терминал чудесным образом заработал в ту же секунду.

Здравствуйте! Приносим Вам извинения и обязательно проведем проверку по данному инциденту. А что касается терминала безнала, то случаи когда отсутствует связь с банком возможны совершенно в любом месте. К сожалению, тут мы ничего сделать не можем, обращаемся в банк, проблема решается в разные промежутки времени.

В данном случае , речь явно идёт не о неработающем терминале , а о том что таким образом уходят от налогов и тырят деньги учредителей. Надо вещи своими именами называть !

Здравствуйте! Наш ответ на обращение по данному вопросу содержит максимальные разъяснения о том, о чем идет речь в данном случае. По результатам проверки, именно так все и оказалось-технический сбой в банке. А все продажи, независимо от формы расчета, пробиваются по онлайн-кассе и тут же сведения отправляются в налоговую. Спасибо за Ваше мнение, но к истине оно не имеет никакого отношения.
