Опишу как было: приехали к мастеру, нашу собаку помыли, посушили проф феном, который на середине перегрелся и сломался, досушивали нас обычным маленьким феном. Затем подстригли ногти. Далее попросили оплатить 2300 рублей. Мастер работал с собакой 30 минут и не сделал половину процедур указанных в перечне на сайте. Далее позвонили хозяйке салона и сказали о проблемах. Нам предложили приехать в другой день и доделать процедуры, которые грумер забыл доделать. С одной стороны спасибо, но с другой мы должны фактически потратить еще раз свое время, нервы, бензин, чтобы туда приехать и это не компенсирование за оплошность, а просто услуги, которые должны были быть оказаны изначально. Буду советовать знакомым с собаками обходить это место стороной. Услуга - прочистка анальных желёз- НЕ ВЫПОЛНЕНО

Хорошее место. Собаку отмывают быстро и качественно. Когти стригут быстро и без травм. Зверя не обижают. Приходит и уходит доволный.

Много лет ходим к этому мастеру. Очень рекомендую. Если Вы хотите найти профессионала, который с большой любовью относится к своему делу и к своим клиентам, то Вам сюда. До знакомства с Еленой ходили в другой салон, как мы думали профессиональный и клиентоориентированный. Но как говорится, все познаётся в сравнении. Как оказалось, мы отдавали своего любимца на 4 часовую пытку, которая конечно же не прошла для собаки даром. Лена с легкостью найдёт подход к вашему питомцу, для неё нет сложных кл иентов. Вы сами удивитесь, что Ваш избалованный питомец может быть послушным и терпеливым. Результатом останутся довольны все: питомец красивый с чистыми зубами, Вы доступными ценами и отличным качеством без стресса – показать

Очень понравилось,как собаке почистили зубы — быстро и собака не переживала, спокойно ждал окончания процедуры, не то, что в других салонах, где мы были раньше. И ещё очень крутую креативную стрижку нам сделали — ни один прохожий не остаётся равнодушным, все внимание обращают на улице) круто в общем!
