Добрый день! В целом работа вет центра понравилась. Помещение чистое, светлое, приятно находиться. Процедуру провели быстро и качественно. Лечение расписали подробно. Но стоит поработать с персоналом. Хотелось бы, чтобы администратор был поприветливее. Все таки лицо компании. Девушка сидела с недовольным выражением лица и в целом не особа рада, что люди пришли. Как бы не было тяжело, но клиента стоит поприветствовать более радушно. Второй момент, стоит предупреждать заранее, что нужно брать вет паспорт. Потому что ранее в ветклиниках с нас не требовали паспорт питомца. Вплоть до того, что приема может и не быть... Опять же, об этом сказал врач, а не администратор. А если люди придут не с прививкой, а с чем-то посерьезнее? И счет времени просто на секунды. И тут без паспорта питомца не примут, ну такое...

Хорошая клиника. Грамотные, внимательные специалисты, огромный плюс, что анализы и обследования можно сдать в удобное для хозяина время. Мой кот остался доволен, спасибо за вашу работу!
