Когда наша овчарка Вайс оторвалась и убежала (чего я вообще даже представить не могла) решила более внимательно подойти к выбору рулетки, на поводок опять переходить не хотелось — неудобно мне его на руку наматывать и разматывать каждый раз. Благо никого не покусала и не напугала собака и нашли быстро, но это нам повезло. В общем, пришли в бетховен за рулеткой. Выбор для маленьких и средних собак большой достаточно. Для больших пришлось поискать. Продавец посоветовал рулетку KONG (до 70кг), обещал, что сорвать ее очень и очень сложно, то, что там лента, а не трос вроде как долговечнее. Стоила не дешево, почти 3к, но надеюсь, эта качественная. Сразу же продавец еще и адресник постоветовал купить после моего рассказа. Стоил около 500 или 600 рублей удже сразу с гравировкой. Симпатичный) Карту дали бонусную. Магазин далековат от нас, но может будем осваивать покупки онлайн, магазин в принципе понравился.

Приехали за 3 минуты до закрытия, котёнку срочно нужен был антибиотик. Дверь закрыли прямо перед носом, хотя по времени должен был ещё открыт. Я позвонила по телефону, администратор сказала, что все равно кассу закрывают за несколько минут до закрытия! Такого клиентского сервиса нет больше нигде, и человечности тоже нет. Эти сотрудники просто быстрее хотят сбежать домой и ненавидят свою работу! Директора по персоналу надо заменить, как можно брать на работу таких людей и вообще их не мотивировать и не учить работать с клиентами?! Почему в нормальных магазинах до последней минуты готовы обслужить до последней минуты? Была постоянным клиентом, теперь никогда не зайду в магазин, благодаря вашему персоналу! Можете экономить и дальше на ваших «замечательных» консультантов.
