Воистину – у кого чего болит, тот о том и говорит. На сайте компании в нескольких местах указано, что они, мол, надёжные и всё сдают в срок. Аж капслоком про надёжность написали. А на деле ей даже не пахнет! Мой проект по соцопросам задержали на несколько недель! Но больше всего порадовало, что лучшей защитой в «Зум-Маркет» считают нападение. Когда звонишь с тонким намёком, что сроки уже прошли, а работы до сих пор нет, на тебя же ещё и наезжают (да-да, Андрей, я про Вас говорю). В общем, свою р аботу я в итоге получила, надеюсь, результаты честные, а не что сотрудники сами какие-то цифры нарисовали, чтобы я от них отстала. Больше ничего здесь заказывать не буду – веры «Зум-Маркет» уже нет. Не знаешь, что в следующий раз просрочат или где накосячат. – показать

И кто же Вы таинственная незнакомка чьи результаты мы «затянули на несколько недель»? Что-то не могу вспомнить. Все опросы проходят 100% с телефонными номерами респондентов и через программу определяющую геолакацию. Отзыв фэйк.

Выражаю благодарность агентству ZOOM MARKET за качественное проведённое маркетинговое исследование спортивного объекта в города Раменское. Положительный отзыв о zoom market обусловлен качественно выполненной работой точно в срок и по разумной цене. Стоит отметить работу сотрудников полевого отдела за грамотную организация работы интервьюеров и правильный рекрутинг. Единственное, что не очень устроило это финальный отчёт (15000 рублей) – как сказали сотрудники: это описательный отчёт, а за более глубокую аналитику нужно дополнительно доплачивать. Но в целом работой агентства остались довольны. – показать
