МАГАЗИН ЗАКРЫТ! Сам магазин очень хороший: вменяемые цены, скидки по карте, доброжелательные и грамотные продавцы, большой выбор товаров для животных. Но лучше не заказывайте доставку на сайте - вот там товарищи работают "на отвали". Сколько ни пытались сделать заказ, постоянно были косяки и хамство!

Отвратительный салон, ужасный мастер Фомин Вячеслав АлексеевичХамское обслуживание Отсутствие пунктуальности, мастер опоздал на 20 минут, собаку пошли забирать сразу после звонка, на что мастер обвинил нас, что мы пришли поздно и теперь он опаздывает на следующую запись. Не выдали чек об услуге. Подстригли собаку коротко и попросили поблагодарить, что не налысо.
