Забронировали номер люкс на 2 взрослых и 2 детей за 2 дня до заезда. За 3 часа до заселения позвонили из гостиницы и сказали что вместо люкса поселят нас в 2 номера категории эконом. По приезду отказались предоставить раскладушку. На просьбы вызвать дирекцию или хотя бы позвонить, сказали "Вам надо Вы и звоните". Телефоны на визитке не отвечали. Более отвратного отношения нигде не встречали!
