Купили изделие, оказался брак, сделали возврат, отправили в Хабаровск. Пришёл ответ, отказали. Объяснили тем что это не брак. Как это понимать? Думают самые хитрые. Больше покупать там не будем.

Мы рассмотрели Вашу претензию по поводу деформации звеньев на браслете 17 размера, весом 0,83г. купленного 09,06,2020 г. С целью проверки качества товара от вас поступил браслет 585 пробы. Браслет облегченный, изготовлен из пустотелой золотой проволоки, потянут, перекручен, фактической длины 18 см. по всей длине браслета многочисленная деформация: звенья вытянутой формы, искривлены, замяты. Проведенная проверка показала, что дефект возник на браслете в результате механического воздействия на изделие. В таком виде изделие не могло попасть в реализацию! В таком виде вы также не могли его приобрести, даже при визуальном осмотре. Просим при эксплуатации ювелирных изделий соблюдать рекомендации УКАЗАННЫЕ в ГАРАНТИЙНОМ ТАЛОНЕ!

Это понятно, что через неделю оно стало чуть другое, тем более такой тонкий браслет. Но я про то, что одно звенье было перекручено, сам продавец видела это, и сказала, что просто перекрутился. Это понятно теперь что уже не докажешь, проверка на внимательность, вот и всё. Всего доброго.

Если сравнивать по ценам с другими магазинами то тут выгодней покупать, по факту цена в 2 раза меньше чем на ценнике, всегда 50% скидка, это радует!

Купила золотое укрошение обнаружила дифек и ювелир потдвердил о выевленном дифекте но этот салон не принемает обратно золотое украшение ссылаясь на то что нужно составить притензию и отправить на экспертизу дурдом они из начально как пускать товары на продажу проверять должны
