Я с братом и детьми 18.02.пришла вечером за 15 минут до закрытия, выбрать ему куртку. В магазине светло, чисто, НО девочки-продавцы консультанты, видно то-ли замученные, то-ли просто не дружелюбные, бегали , как оглашенные по залу с тетрадями переписывая товар, на вопросы дружно не отвечали, и не с первого раза... С единственным выкриком -через 5 мин закрываемся))).живые))На кассе с грустным лицом встретила кассир, на вопрос есть ли скидки, у них по всей витрине рассклеяны листки с' заманухой', скидка на товар до 50%, сказала, что только ваши бонусы можем списать, и вот вишенка на торте, запищали мы в дверях на выходи, проверили сумки(как у ворюг) , естественно ничего не нашли, отпустили со словами, что это или ключи или наши банковские карты, жесть конечно. Высший уровень обслуживания.
