Была в этом магазине 6 июля в тц "Клён", ассортимент неплохой, но, взяв вещи в примерочную, собиралась выходить и купить комбинезон за 20 минут до закрытия тц, на что услышала, что не смогу сегодня уже ничего купить, потому что они кассу закрыли, не понимаю, что за отношение к покупателю, наверное, хотели домой уйти пораньше. В других тц и за 5 минут до закрытия разрешают забежать и купить вещи, а тут... Видимо, слишком важные продавцы, и у них были неотложные дела. Мда, неприятная ситуация...

Первый раз столкнулся с хамством и настоящим неуважением персонала к посетителю. Пришли выбрать одежду, выбрали кофту и джинсы. Однако кофта была с браком, у нее была дырка по шву в районе шеи, однако мой размер был один и я уточнил могу ли получить скидку за брак. Продавец пригласил за прилавок старшего кассира Карину, которая сначала сказала что это долгая процедура и предложила взять что-то ещё. А после моей настоятельной просьбы забраковала два первых бланка о регистрации брака, со словами что все я заполняю неправильно и "мне надо слушать её внимательно". Вы меня простите, но это поведение лишь показало мне, как эта компания относится к лояльности своих клиентов. Я очень люблю Вашу сеть, но в данный магазин больше нет желания возвращаться. Надеюсь, что это был разовый негативный опыт и Вы оперативно проговорите данный момент на внутренних тренингах для персонала.

Прям сходу СУПЕР! Постоянно посещаю магазин, где покупаю джинсы, рубашки, футболки и тд... Продавцы в зале помогают в выбором и размером по возможности, тк нагрузка по посещаемости у магазина хорошая. Все ровно не считаю это минусом, тк товар на полках и на вешалках всегда в порядке как по алфавиту разложен. На кассе обслуживание достойное. Магазину ставлю оценку 5.

Уже 4ю вещь покупаю в Zolla. Отличный магазин для тех, кто ищет действительно стильную одежду недорого! Большой ассортимент, все размеры налицо, удобно. Спасибо, что теперь Zolla рядом с моим домом)
