Были 20 декабря 2016. Банкет. 14 человек. Понравилось: демократичные цены, живая музыка, пироги, вежливая официантка. Не понравилось: в самом начале банкета попросили полностью расчитаться по будущему счету (инкассация якобы); в достаточно большом зале умудрились посадить так, что было тесно; дверь в зал не закрывалась - сломана ручка; музыка зависла в середине вечера; мясная нарезка сплошь состояла из дешёвой колбасы, порезанной кружками; индейка оказалась огромными костями (где столько ног-то взяли!); салаты так себе; стол смотрелся скудно, хотя отдали по 1600 с человека (в рекламе обещали по 1200); одна официант обслуживала 30 человек в двух залах. Вывод: Злата - не ресторан, банкеты там проводить нежелательно.

Устраивали банкет по поводу годика сына.Обстановка замечательная-уютно,музыкант был на высоте,-подстраивался под контингент, столы сервированы тоже неплохо(бокалы были грязные)Но обслуживание...ужасное...приборы не менялись на протяжении 6-ти часов,в последствии,только по указанию, были убраны салфетки, кости и грязные приборы,постоянно приходилось просить о напитках... Повар тоже не остался в стороне- пытался внести свою лепту и рекомендовать не пойми что(хотя,на его мнение было, грубо говоря,плевать).Отдельное спасибо, администратору Олеси (единственный человек, который делает свою работу). В конце банкета,пытались приписать не существующие заказы!В общем, если хотите провести банкет в напряжении, вам сюда!!!
