АОГВ 23 проработал 20 лет ,но пришлось заменить на такой же, по предписанию газовиков, вышел из строя электромагнитный клапан(почти сразу), термопара и пластина, можно было отремонтировать, з/части в магазине есть, но сказали всё ресурс выработан. Посмотрим как новый себя покажет, в комплекте не было регулятора тяги, сказали в комплекте не идёт-так ли это?

Магазин отвратительный. Сотрудники разговаривают матом. Руководство коммерческого отдела общается неуважительно. Интернет заказ отправили не туда, деньги не возвращали пока им не вернули заказ, а это две недели и только потом запустили возврат, а это еще 10 дней. Больше не обращусь и никому не рекомендую. Надеюсь возврат в итоге получу. И кстати, имейте ввиду, доставка если-СДЭК. Это по сдека платишь 700р заводу, а уже потом до вашего адреса или пункта это еще дополнительная сумма от самого СДЭКа. Короче хуже сервиса не видела

Покупали котёл газовый и водонагреватель косвенного нагрева просто и хорошо, покупали 3 года назад и нареканий нет , всё работает спасибо коллективу.

Я, конечно, до сих пор под впечатлением) приехали из Новосибирска разговаривать о дилерстве в нашем регионе, продажи им увеличить) а менеджер Владимир ровно в 13.00 послал нас, у него обед с 13.00 до 14.00. Стойте в проходной без стульев час, ждите когда мы отобедаем. Даже гостей так не встречают, не то что потенциальных клиентов)
