Были сегодня у педиатра Мальцевой Марины Равильевны. На столько некомпетентного специалиста не встречала давно. Во-первых, начала на хоlу придумывать какие-то правила, что перед приемом надо идти сначала какой-то другой кабинет. Утверждала, что эти правила придуманы давно, хотя на приеме были у нее в прошлом месяце и ничего подобного не было! Даже если за этот месяц произошли какие-то нововведения...об это можно спокойно проинформировать (так как в других инстанциях, таких как регистратура и пр. нас об этом не известили), а не набрасываться с упреками! Диалог между пациентом и доктором/медсестрой строился очень пренебрежительно со стороны последних. Когда ребенок закашлял (собственно из-за этого мы и обратились к врачу) Марина Равильевна возмутилась с фразой "ваш ребенок кашляет на меня, отсадите его!". Думаю, не надо объяснять, что ребенок не сидел в непосредственной близости от нее, так как у дочки и самой не было особого желания находится близко к этой женщине. Так же прошу учесть, что это среда - не грудничковый день/день здорового ребенка! В этот день почти все приходят с какими-то заболеваниями за осмотром, диагнозом и лечением! Хотелось бы верить, что Заведующая поликлиники (как раз к самому учреждению вопросов нет, в основном только положительные впечатления всегда были, персонал приветливый и квалифицированный) донесет до этого педиатра мысль, что ее личные эмоции и неприязнь к работе не должны сказываться на маленьких пациентах и их родных!
