ЖК неплохой,тихий, уютный.Но школа переполнена,ходят в две смены, в классах по 40 чел. Вторую школу так и не построили, на этом месте,где должна быть вторая школа,лежат горы земли. С садами такая же проблема. Очень плохо с транспортом. С утра километровые очереди на маршрутку, чтобы доехать до метро, автобусы в ЖК не ходят, так как застройщик не предусмотрел для этого специальные дороги, поэтому здесь они ходить никогда не будут.На автобус надо идти в город ,минут 20 пешком, автобусы все в плачевном состоянии,такое впечатление, что в Подмосковье отдали, всё что в Москве давно развалилось.На автобусе до метро минут 40(если без пробок)Народу в Видном всё больше и больше, очень много застроек.Поэтому до Москвы с утра, чтобы доехать надо в очереди постоять на автобус, и можете не залезть с первого раза.Обратно, кстати, чтобы попасть в ЖК, тоже вам придётся отстоять очередь на маршрутку и в скрюченном состоянии доехать до дома Дополняю отзыв спустя 2 года.2-ая Школа до сих пор и не построена.Фундамент залили и опять всё замерло,движений нет.Народу всё больше и больше,а с транспортом та же беда. Напротив построили ещё один ЖК(Дивный) И ещё кучу строят. Если вы работаете в Москве или учитесь, зимой в снегопад или гололёд вы можете не попасть на работу/учёбу, так как транспорт будет стоять в жутких ппобках.Единственное спасение-это электричка, но до неё 30 мин пешком и в этот период там жуткая давка.МЦД 5 стоить нам передумали, всё, на нас деньги кончились.Запах от коксогазового завода! Они постоянно сбрасывают выбросы по ночам, ночью прям задыхаешься!
