Прежде чем заключить Договор купли-продажи квартиры с Азбукой жилья, убедитесь что квартира находится у них в собственности, т к все квартиры у них находились в "Паевом фонде " и из-за этого оформление в собственность растягивалась на многие месяца... , потому, что вывести их из фонда процесс не быстрый, не которые ждут и по полгода, хотя ключи вам выдают, а документы нет.

Ирина, благодарим за ваш комментарий. Оформление в собственность квартир принадлежащих Паевым Инвестиционным Фондам происходит в те же сроки, что и квартир, приобретенных у юридических лиц по ДДУ, и занимает 2-3 месяца после ввода дома в эксплуатацию. Никаких возможных задержек ПИФы со своей стороны не допускают. Акт приема-передачи подписывается Застройщиком, к этому моменту весь пакет документов от ПИФ уже предоставлен. В ЖК «Некрасовка» в данный момент помимо небольшого количества квартир от ПИФ, в наличии квартиры по ДКП, т.е. уже готовые к оформлению в собственность после продажи, и квартиры по УДДУ, которые так же будут оформлены своевременно. Мы со своей стороны строго следим за соблюдением сроков и готовим все документы вовремя. Офис продаж ЖК «Некрасовка», тел. +7 (495) 984-06-25. Всегда Вам рады!
