Ужасный ЖК! Люди незачто не покупайте здесь жильё!!! Застройщик неадекватный, обманывает покупателей. Не отрабатывает гарантийку. Уже куча жалоб к нему и у меня (я собственник жилья в ЖК) и у соседей, прошло 2 года, а «воз и ныне там». Управляющая компания тоже отвратительное, одно хамство, ещё и обматерить могут. Не исполняют нормально свои обязанности, на жалобы абсолютно не реагируют. Защищают только интересы застройщика, так как УК это на 100% их компания. Школу обещают построить уже который год, а дело все не движется. Одни проблемы, хамство и обман!!!
