Вид с балкона просто ужасен! Выходишь на балкон, да даже просто проснулись, и из Окна красное кирпичное здание вместо обещанного парка для прогулок (при продаже квартиры менеджерами офиса ЖК 21/19). Настроение портится от этого вида, а возможности переехать уже нет! В целом ЖК норм, постепенно облагородили территорию, в марте 2020 года открыли станцию метро «Стахановская» в 5-7 минутах от нашего дома.

Добрый день! Обещанный бульвар (не парк) с балкона прекрасно виден. Бульвар не вместо красного здания, а перед ним, был изначально в проекте запланирован и именно так и реализован. Нам очень жаль, что вам портит настроение это красное здание в стиле лофт, на наш взгляд оно отлично вписывается в общую картину ЖК, вместе с муралом на втором здании соседней территории - вы его тоже видите из окон и с балкона. Приходите после самоизоляции к нам в офис продаж, давайте обсуждать варианты, рассмотрим трейд-ин, почему нет возможности переехать раз вам так критично не нравится вид? Подскажите, кто был вашим менеджером?

Хороший комплекс, понятные условия покупки квартир, решения по МОПам лучше не придумаешь, и все что нужно для жизни - рядом!
