К сожалению выпал случай посетить эту аптеку. Фармацевт не компетентна в ассортименте лекарств. В просьбе дать жалобно книгу и ручку , получила отказ. В итоге все-таки получила книгу и ручку. Не советую туда ходить

Понедельник, 12:40, не час пик. Очередь 7 человек. Каждого обслуживают откровенно долго. И начинают каждому про бонусы, баллы рассказывать. Вопрос к администрации — если очередь есть, то про карты и бонусы рассказывать не стоит, кмк. У меня покупка должна была быть примерно на 6000 рублей, ушел в другую аптеку. Не вернусь.

Плюсы. Вежливые сотрудники. Минусы:Я считаю малоквалифицированные , лишь бы продать побыстрее,а подходит это пациенту или нет их вообще не интересует. Спросишь можно или подойдет мне это, конечно берите. Все подходит. А после узнаешь ,что это не то( невскрывая покупку)говорят ,сам виноват. Мы же не знаем что вы хотели. И возврат не делаю. Остался очень не доволен аптекой. Не советую ее

Отвратительное поведение кассира-фармацевта Гребенева на Федеративном проспекте 16 к1. Делает замечания покупателям,грубит. Уже даже и не хочется идти и покупать в данной аптеке лекарства.

Живика - это прям открытие месяца для меня!) Наткнулась на неё случайно на сайте aptekamos.ru. Цены ниже, чем в других аптеках процентов на 15% в среднем. Правда, там и ассортимент меньше и не всегда всё есть в наличие. Я прозваниваю обычно и узнаю о наличии нужных препаратов.
