Никогда не заказывайте здесь Раков. Продают старые, протухший, уже синие раки. Два раза заказывали в половине коробки были мёртвые раки. Третий раз заказала для подарка попросила свежих хороших Раков, опрокинули в самый последний день. Ребята на выдаче и напились закрылись в комнате и не открывали дверь. Самовывоз там невозможен. Отношения с клиентами ужасное. Никак не хотели решить мой вопрос. Прождали весь день, так нам и не привезли, и не перезвонили.

Светлана, здравствуйте! Мы с вами пытались неоднократно решить сложившуюся ситуацию. Да, накануне 23 февраля был ажиотаж и сотрудники случайно забыли зарезервировать вам раков. К сожалению, такое бывает. С сотрудниками проведена работа. Что касается свежести раков, то мы следим за качеством нашего продукта. И если вам два раза попадались, как вы говорите, мертвые раки, то зачем же вы заказали в подарок в третий раз? Приносим еще раз вам извинения за испорченное 23 февраля.

Жуткая антисанитария. Грязь. Запахи. Раки не в воде а холодильниках еле шевелятся. Наверху на досках живут гости с Кавказа. В общем развернулись и уехали. Не рекомендуют тут что-то покупать.

Добрый день!) Да, на сегодняшний день мы располагаемся на территории промзоны. Но за чистотой и порядком мы следим тщательно. Раки хранятся в холодильниках дольше чем в воде, не шевелятся они потому что впадают в анабиоз (за счет этого и хранятся дольше), но как только вы их переместите в комнатную температуру, они становятся бодрыми и активными. Кстати, холодильники каждый день промываются и вода меняется.
