Это место уже стало моим любимцем среди вегетарианских заведений Петербурга. Из всех вегетарианских заведений Петербурга, где я была, еда здесь для меня самая чистая. Попробовала уже многое здесь, каждый раз блюда могут разниться в зависимости от повара, и это приятно удивляет)

Около нашего офиса на Владимирском настоящий вегетарианский оазис: здесь и "Укроп", и "Las Veggies", "Кашмир", "Теура", отчасти "Бекицер" и еще достаточно мест, где можно найти подходящее меню. А теперь еще и "Живая кухня". Последнее кафе отличается от других тем, что всё готовят только после заказа, "из-под ножа", как говорится. Даже если вы пришли на обед, как это сделали мы с коллегой в свой первый визит в это место, на скорость рассчитывать не придётся. Но зато вы будете вознаграждены суперсвежими салатами, которые часто на обедах в других местах успевают обветриться за целый день ожидания, и другими блюдами, приготовленными специально для вас. И за очень, очень умеренную цену, обед из 3 блюд, например, стоит 220 рублей, при этом порции неожиданно большие, а выбирать можно из многих позиций. Потом я была здесь уже на выходных, когда обеденное меню не действует, и попробовала новые блюда. Очень понравился суп "Морской", если вы любите водоросли, обязательно попробуйте) Да, кафе веганское, так что животных молочных продуктов здесь нет. Сметана и молоко в блюдах - растительного происхождения. Единственное, десерты практически все из белой муки( А тех, что без неё, во время моих посещений не оказалось. Помимо десертов из "минусов" можно отметить интерьер - т.к. помещение полуподвальное, света мало, а стены не особо жизнерадостных оттенков, так что в целом получается мрачновато. Но, конечно, качества блюд первичней всего, всё свежее и вкусное, так что бывать, однозначно, буду!
