Обращалась к ним за покупками шлангов и фитингов в начале лета для сада. Позвонила, проконсультировали, сделала заказ, через неделю позвонила, а как оказалось они еще и не заказывали! Просто так неделю прождали, в итоге купили в другом магазине, а в жилснаб перед нами даже не извинились.

Заказывал прошлым летом у них пластиковые трубы для установки на дачу, в этом году все потрескалось и начало течь, хотел обратиться по гарантии, но чека у меня не осталось, в замене и восстановлении мне отказали, хотя по закону отсутствие чека не является отказом от гарантии. Я это просто так не оставлю.
