Мало того, что график работы неприемлем для работающих, так они еще уходят на обед всеми отделами одновременно, причем время обеда на сайте не указано, а написано на бумажке около входа. Все мои обращения в этот Жилищник закончились обращениями в МФЦ или в Единый Диспечерский Центр, потому что каждый раз на месте не было нужных людей по самым разным причинам (обед, выборы, "отошли в управу" и т.д.), а телефон все время занят. Адекватность сотрудников на нуле. Был вопиющий случай, когда меня направили в кабинет и сказали ждать, а когда работник (один из четырех) наконец подошла, то начала ругаться, что я сижу в пустом кабинете, где у работников оставлены вещи, которые я могу украсть (!).

Разрешают своим рабочим из СрА и их родственникам жить в мусорокамере.Поставили новую железную дверь с врезным замком,чтобы не было видно присутствие посторонних.Но жители всё равно наблюдают за миграцией незаконных обитателей.

Как и вся эта служба по г.Москве : недочёты, недостатки, недоделки, игнор жителей и их обращений. Знаю о чем говорю, работала непосредственно в ГБУ, знаю изнутри.
