Я в этом году обращалась дважды, в мае, относительно спила опасно накрененных деревьев и выпавшего болта на детской площадке. В обоих случаях, всё было сделано на отлично! Особую благодарность хочу выразить сотруднику ГБУ Жилищник Михаилу, человек реально работает и не отлынивает, спасибо!

Что сделали с детской площадкой у дома 12 к 2 ул Маршала Катукова. Два года был ремонт. Площадки нет, тренажеры поставлены совсем другие, площадку под тренажерами не сделали! Сотрудники грубые, многие просто не могут ответит даже на простые вопросы, просто не компетентны!

Добрый день! Сегодня, 20.12.2018 года обратилась в Жилищник к Шалдовой Светлане Александровне. Пришла за 10 минут до обеденного перерыва. Многоуважаемая Светлана Александровна, небрежно бросив через плечо:» Ждите в коридоре», ушла в неизвестном мне направлении.... Через минут пять мне стало понятно, что вышеуказанная дама и не думает даже меня принимать до обеденного перерыва. Вопрос у меня был пустяковый, буквально на пару минут. Но по всей видимости, замдиректора опасалась, что ее прием мен я может затянуться и затронет ее обеденное время. Но как я понимаю, что Жилищник создан для «народа», а не «народ» для Светланы Александровны, хотя кто то может думать иначе. Но как минимум замдиректора должна была поставить меня в известность, что не собирается меня принимать до обеденного перерыва и как минимум извинится за то, что не успевает принять....Но по всей видимости не сочла нужным снизойти до моей особы.... Время зафиксировано в журнале прихода. Да и с 12.00 охранник нас стал гнать на улицу и ожидать там окончания перерыва. – показать
