Начали с января искать двухкомнатную квартиру, и на сайтах смотрели и ездили выбирали. Остановились на Балансе. Очень быстро строятся, добротные планировки и выгодное месторасположение ЖК. На мой взгляд транспортная развязка довольно удачная, рядом рязанское шоссе и относительно недалеко от центра. Понравились еще их планы по озеленению и благоустройству, если все будет так как обещают, то получится классный квартал

Интересовался проектом ЖК. Архитектура на любителя, конечно. Понравилась сама концепция — эдакий город в городе, планировки у квартир необычные, в 3х комнатных например будет 2 санузла — это плюс. Ну и как принято сейчас в нормальных новостройках — кладовки, подземная парковка и т.д. Сам микрорайон я знаю хорошо. Конечно, нужно время чтобы превратить его в конфетку, но мне кажется и сейчас он более чем хорош по многим параметрам. Однозначно лучше чем Мытищи, где я временно проживаю))
