Добрый день! Обращались в это агентство для продажи гаража. Продавался гараж 1,5 года, да так и не продался, пока не позвонишь и не спросишь как дела, ни объявление не поднимут, ни сами никогда не позвонят. Сколько проверяли объявление, всегда в самом низу, и размещение самое обычное. Зато если вы вдруг соберётесь расторгнуть договор, окажется, что они столько денег потратили, для размещения на авито, что аж капец. Но никаких подтверждающих документов вам не предоставят. Ах да, ещё и при обращении, оригиналы документов на право собственности заберут, видимо для того, чтобы при расторжении, можно было денег стрясти. Никому не советую обращаться в данную конторку. Ни одно уважающее себя агентство не будет забирать оригиналы документов, да ещё и зарабатывать не за счёт продаж недвижимости, а за счёт мнимых счетов за рекламу, которые подтвердить нечем.
