Жэу-6 Это организация некомпетентных сотрудников! Элементарные вопросы без пинка под зад решить не могут. Техник смотритель по улице 50 лет комсомола образована всесторонне! Знает все принципы посадки растений и другие нюансы создания огородов и теплиц от А и до Я и что удивительно не имеет сельскохозяйственного образования! Имеет дачный участок где каждую весну в непристойной позе сажает овощи! Знает сколько семян находится в каждом пакете и умеет сажать гнездовым методом! Наивно полагает что для посадки на придомовой территории жителями цветов, разрешение должны спрашивать лично у неё, иначе сажать нельзя! В тоже время наплевательски относится к исполнению своих обязанностей! Под её чутким руководством по улице 50 лет комсомола мусор валяется не убран неделями! В подъездах вместо мытья полов просто размазывают грязь! Покос травы иностранными гражданами проводится без старшего (ранее старшим был дворник), с нарушением техники безопасности(нет защитных очков)! Русскую речь данные товарищи не понимают и возможно работают на территории РФ без разрешительных документов и переводчика ! Косят всё подряд от травы до культурных растений! Почему до сих пор на этой должности держат такого перспективного сотрудника, а не уволят по статье "не соответствует занимаемой должности" остаётся загадкой!

Чистота - порядок во дворах и подъездах, прилегающих территориях - плюс. Спасибо ! Снимаю две звезды за ваших сантехников. Некомпетентные, ленивые и неряшливые люди! Гнать таких и не позориться.
