Приобрел мотор бензонасоса ВАЗ 2110 для своей Hyundai Elantra J3, так как у меня установлен абсолютно такой же. При визите к механику выяснилось, что проблема заключается не в бензонасосе, следовательно замена не требуется (хотя ранее предполагалось иное). Так как деталь не была использована и целостность упаковки не нарушена, при наличии всех чеков, я решил попытаться вернуть ее в магазин (продавали ее по наличиню, для меня никто специально не заказывал, то есть проблем это вызвать не должно). Продавец повела себя по-хамски. Первый вопрос, который она мне задала - для какого автомобиля я ее приобретал. Я ответил честно. На что получил упрек в том, что я нищеброд и не должен был приобретать такой автомобиль, если у меня нет денег его чинить. К тому же я получил отказ в возврате на основании того, что приобрел деталь не по назначению. То есть продавец вправе решать, возвращать вам деньги за покупку или нет, хотя это право закреплено за вами законом. В конечном итоге, деньги были возвращены другим продавцом. Но я не считаю допустимым оправдываться перед сотрудницей магазина, которая считает мои собственные деньги и указывает мне на чем я должен ездить.
