Прочитав отзывы, решили попробовать сами. Воду дегустировали до, во время и после, - вкус оказался сладким. Сразу вспомнилось как мой пекинский профессор У (Госмедакадемия Китая) смешно рассказывал про вкусы во рту: "Все кажется соленовато-известковым? - Срочно правьте селезенку. - Профессор, а как же ее править? - Пить чай". Чай, по совету предыдущих посетителей, просили не уносить, но нам сказали, что его нужно взвесить. Обладая коллекцией около 1200 видов чая и постоянно проживая в Китая и на Тайване, как-то скептично относишься: что такого интересного тебе про эту культуру расскажут и покажут в Москве. Удивлению не было предела. Хочу сказать, основываясь на огромном опыте, что качество подачи всех видов чайных церемоний возможно только в Москве и только в клубах с самой старой чайной историей. Никто в Азии в самых чайных местах не будет кипятить вам воду на огне хотя бы в стекле, не говоря про огнеупорный чайник из высокогорной глины (профессиональный чайник). Тем более не будут обращать внимание на нюансы, про которые не знаешь, - вкус, цвет и аромат; максимально, что сделают, так это нальют 6 заварок полужидкого чая в дешевейшей посуде (глина "типо-глина" и фаянс) и сдерут за это как за обед в крутом ресторане. В этом месте, похоже, чаю продали душу. Правильно сделали, - оно того стоит. Хочу пить и пить этот чай. Спасибо за то, что такие места поддерживают правильные люди.
