За магазин ничего не могу сказать ! Но консультант Оксана там работает отвратительная!!! Зашли в магазин, к нам никто не подошёл! Подошли сами, спросили где можем посмотреть сейфы выстраиваемые, нам рукой махнули где они стоят! Мы посмотрели и нам потребовалась консультация, так как кроме этой Оксаны не было больше никого, то с возникшем вопросом «можно ли получить более подробную информацию о встраиваемом сейфе?» пришлось обратиться к этой даме , лет 45-50 На наш вопрос мы получили ответ с ухмылкой « Что нужно узнать? В стену встраивается» ( А то мы не знали об этом) Все, что она говорила в наш адрес, говорила с недовольством и злостью, по итогу конечно же приобретать что-то в этом магазине отпало всякое желание. Повторюсь мы пришли за сейфом, и приобрести хотели не в одном количестве. В итоге мы пробыли там минут 10 и все это время нам пыталась помочь уборщица, как ни странно. Очень добрая бабушка подсказывала где можно ещё посмотреть сейфы, когда в свою очередь продавец в данном магазине сидела за компьютером. Если возникнут вопросы о том, что это мы проблемные покупатели, то отвечу - после нас зашёл мужчина , с которым Ваш доблестный сотрудник общался точно так же! Отзыв свой мы оставили на горячей линии. Надеюсь на обратную связь и на меры, которые Вы предпримите по отношению к своей сотруднице. Если надумаете удалить наш отзыв, то подумайте лучше о сотрудниках , которые представляют Вашу компанию и из-за которых Вы теряете клиентов
