Отличный сервис! По вопросам установки webasto и ее обслуживания только суда! Был на диагностике, посмотрели и быстро сделали Неисправность! Только положительные впечатления, все подробно рассказал и объяснил что к чему.

Ужасное отношение к будущим клиентам. С таким подходом у Вас потеря клиентов будет однозначно. Позвонил чтобы проконсультироваться по поводу установки Webasto на пару автомобилей, а ответ было негативное обращение, на заданные вопросы так и не получил ответов. Человек даже не попробовал что-то объяснять и рассказать, не говоря о том чтобы меня заинтересовать. За 1 минуту разговора Вы получили негативный отзыв в фирму, отзыв на прямую в Webasto, потерю заработанных денежных средств а размере минимум 80 т.р. Ужасно, еще и официальные представители в г.Красноярск.

Андрей, это откровенная клевета! У нас имеется переписка, в которой мы с Вами всё обговорили и: 1. Я обещал наказать мастера приёмщика 2. Ответить на любые интересующие Вас вопросы 3. Мы всё ещё готовы, и будем рады принять Вас на установку Webasto 4. Я так же обещал поговорить с начальством по этому поводу и обговорить решение (всегда есть возможность сделать скидку) Но время было 22:00 и у меня не было возможности сделать это сиюминутно... По итогу от вас поступил только 1 вопрос, на который я дал ответ и на этом всё. Хотите сказать это не пути решения?
