Раньше, когда жила в Тушино, старалась попасть к девочкам. Всегда делали на совесть. Жанна вообще первоклассный мастер. Такой френч как делает Жанна, не делает никто, а мастеров я повидала много. Девочки молодцы!

На 17.08.2017 года записалась на наращивание в салон маникюра Мандарин на 14.00, в связи с ситуацией на дороге, опаздала на 15 минут, хотя изначально предупредила мастера, что опаздаю на 10 минут, а в итоге, опаздала на 15.Мне позвонил мастер и сказал, что я могу опаздать только на 5 минут, что это такое???в итоге я опаздала на 15 минут, когда я поднялась, мастер мне сказал, что ничего не успеет мне сделать и отчитала за то, что я опаздала.Хочется сказать, что такого ужасного отношения к клие нту я еще не встречала, никому бы не посоветовала данный салон маникюра.Первое, клиент всегда прав, второе клиента ждут 15 минут, третье работает мастер, который даже по-русски слово нормально сказать не может.Ужасное обращение с клиентом.
