Начиная с администратора до охранника некомпетентные. Особенно кассиры и администратор. 8 декабря 2019 года покупала ботинки за 1999р. Дома поняла что мне не подходят по фасону. Наклейки,коробка,чеки всё на месте. Через 2 дня поехали вернуть обувь. Одна из кассир (злая такая) сказала, что обувь поношена и чуть ли не вышвырнула.Потом администратор начала со мной спорить, все работники начали утверждать, что обувь уже не новая. Я у них спрашиваю, где они видят следы носки. Все молчат.Одна из низ грубо взяла ботинки, и ковыряет подошву, находит оттуда пылинку и песок и говорит: видите песок. Я их что, на пляже носила 8 декабря, на улице такая лужа, грязь…откуда песок то? Пыль, песок и дома на коврах есть.Вообщем, сказали сдать им на экспертизу.В течении 10 дней проверят обувь поношена или нет. Если поношена, то мне необходимо будет оплатить на экспертизу четыреста чем то рублей. Ответ экспертизы очевидна.Они ведь не в мою пользу будут решать.Хитрые какие а?!И тем более до этого времени срок возврата иссякнет. Я эти ботинки не носила!Я в себе уверенна. И наверное подумали, что я маленькая девочка, можно развернуть. (Хотя мне 23 правда выгляжу как подросток). Взяла обувь пошла в другой магазин зенден. Молодая девушка на кассе, открыла коробочку, проверила обувь, сказала всё на месте, всё отлично и вернула деньги. Люди не ходите в зенден. Да, цена радует, а качество отсталое.(Да и работники хамы). Не экономьте на обувь. Ниже есть фото этих «якобы» поношенных ботинок оцените. – показать
