На такой огромный город всего один банкомат,чем вы думаете,неужели нельзя поставить ещё несколько банкоматов по городу?

Один из хамских и грубиянских банков в Самаре!!! Хвалятся якобы индивидуальным подходом к каждому клиенту. Брехня всё! Хамский и грубиянский персонал на кассах! Шокирует тем что когда здороваешься с сотрудником кассы, она просто игнорирует и молчит в ответ! 31 января в районе 16ч. 30мин. Пришел обменять 2 тыс.$$$. До этого за час позвонил о своём предстоящем визите. Сказали ждем. Приходите. До этого 30 янв. Приходил, показывал своё служебное удостоверение и сказал что гражданский паспорт времено отсутствует. Что на руках проф.удостоверение личности и загранпаспорт. Гражданский оставляем в офисе под подписку так как работаем за рубежом. Что постояная регистрация в Самаре. Тем более не первый раз у них меняю большие сумы $$$. Бывало 10тыс, 12тыс и15тыс менял. Так вот, в 2015г летом менял 15тыс$$$ а у меня за спиной стояла живая очередь из 6 или7 чел!!! И ВСЕ ОНИ, ВИДЯТ И СЛЫШАТ КАК Я МЕНЯЮ НАЛИЧНЫЕ $$$ И ЧТО В ТАКОМ СЛУЧАЕ ГОВОРИТЬ ОБ ЭТИКЕ, КУЛЬТУРЕ БАНКОВСКОГО ПЕРСОНАЛА И БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ КЛИЕНТОВ!!!??? В итоге 31 января кассирша хамоватая, блондинистая грубиянка настойчиво требовала гражд паспорт с регистрацией. Я объяснил о своем предыдущем визите и что всё ОДОБРЕНО! Только приходите и приносите любую суму наличных $$$. ПРИМЕМ И ОБМЕНЯЕМ. Моя оценка вашему банку: 0 !!! НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!! В САМАРЕ МНОГО ДРУГИХ БАНКОВ С БОЛЕЕ АДЕКВАТНЫМ И ПРИВЕТЛИВЫМ ПЕРСОНАЛОМ!
