Отвратительный провайдер. Подключают по предоплате в 10000р . Ждать ПОСЛЕ оплаты подключения больше месяца. Регулярные обрывы связи. Техподдержка вечером не работает. Оплата только через их кривой сайт. Нормальное явление обрубить интернет в 22:30 31-го числа с формулировкой "следующий месяц уже начался, а предоплаты нет", когда тех поддержка уже не работает. По сути заплатил кучу денег, так как считал что если протянут оптику в мой дом то у меня будет стабильный интернет. Так вот стабильности нету и близко. Постоянные обрывы связи, иногда просто канал становится нестабильным. В данный момент проще подобрать тариф от мобильных операторов.

Ужасный интернет все время сбои и отключения если нужен стабильный интернет то вам точно не в эту компанию

Здравствуйте. Мы постоянно работаем над улучшением качества наших услуг, протягиваем резервные линии, устанавливаем дублирующее оборудование. К сожалению, в частном секторе упавшее дерево, машина, врезавшаяся в столб линий электропередач, и множество других факторов могут служить причиной прервавшегося интернета. В случае подобного ЧП наша аварийная бригада максимально оперативно восстанавливает работу сети. В городском секторе таких проблем нет. К сожалению, мы не смогли отреагировать на Ваш отзыв в связи с загруженностью специалистов в условиях пандемии. Если у Вас сохранилась проблема со стабильностью работы интернета, пожалуйста, сообщите Ваш номер договора. Мы разберемся в ситуации и, уверены, решим Вашу проблему.
