Хуже опыта у нас еще не было!!! Сдали в ремонт iMac 13 ноября 2020 г. После 2-х дневной диагностики менеджер сообщил, что нужно заменить видеочип и провести чистку. Стоимость за все — 11000р. Срок выполнения — 2 дня. Через 3 дня мы начали звонить и узнавать о готовности. Через 7 дней нам сообщили, что ждут деталь (до этого об отсутствии детали не было ни слова). 22 ноября оказалось, что вот — вот придет мастер, который починит компьютер (похоже, до этого к нему и не притрагивались). Все это время нам приходилось звонить с чужих телефонов, на наши два номера менеджеры просто не отвечали. 24 ноября мы наконец получили компьютер из ремонта, подключили — работает. НО! С таким диким шумом, что работать совершенно невозможно! На звонки не отвечают, на сообщения с просьбами разьяснить какие работы были проделаны с компьютером и почему он так шумит — НЕ ОТВЕЧАЮТ! Более того, при проверке ИП оказалось, что официально его деятельность прекращена.

Отличные специалисты, починили телефон на раз два . Мне очень все понравилось ,сотрудники хорошие все объяснили и цена приятно удивила в других заведения в два раза больше отдала бы
