Билеты лучше не покупать на вокзале, а через мобильное приложения так как очень большая очередь, но предаётся стоять очень большая загруженность. Хорошие поезда но очень много народу приходится всегда стоять в очереди у турникета, зачем он там не понятно вообще, уберите там турникет. Поезда надо по чаще пускать в сезон, переполненные на 300%.

;-). Здравствуйте! Очень понравился вокзал! Чистый и безопасный. Билеты покупал через официальное мобильное приложение РЖД. Показал электронный билет в электричке кондуктору, всё без проблем ( работает)! Есть касса в вокзале и люди создают сами себе проблемы «очереди за билетами ( бумажными) ». Да, по этим билетам можно бесплатно посетить туалет ( Очень чистый), работает очень вежливый и трудолюбивый персонал!
