После рождения второго ребенка поняли, что летом находиться с родителями и детьми в двушке невыносимо, но денег особо не было, хотя после трехлетия ребенка можно использовать маткапитал. В итоге, спасибо Роману из Зеленого пояса Москвы, он подобрал нам дом за 1,2 млн. руб. в Городище у озера Плещеева, причем внесли мы 300 тыс., которые у нас были и оформили ипотеку прямо в офисе. Платить, конечно, тяжело, но ждем 3летия Егорки и маткапиталом сможем закрыть ипотеку, как нам объяснили в сбербанке . Вообщем, теперь все супер пупер — дом 110 м² — 3 комнаты,хватает всем, да и родители работают, только месяц здесь, а я с мая и по сентябрь здесь сдетьми и муж постоянно приезжает. В общем, красота, курорт! Спасибо Роману! – показать

Спасибо Сергею за подбор дома в Алопово. Сергей показал все дома в округе, поговорили с застройщиками, он задавал такие вопросы, о которых мы и не подозревали. Он показал видео, оказывается он снимался в передачах телеканалов Успех и еще каких то по строительству. Вообщем, выбрали дом в Лесном озере, который он сам строил с компанией Зпдом и, надеемся, будем жить там беспроблемно, тем более гарантия 10 лет и соседи вроде, хорошие.Наталья Т.
