Отвратительно работает служба поддержки: менеджеры не представляются, не говорят номер заявки и т.п. Более суток не работают пять номеров! Никто ничего толком сказать не может о причинах и хотя бы приблизительных сроках восстановления.

Подключили номер 8-800 в сотрудничестве с Зебра Телеком. Подобрать запоминающийся номер, чтобы был, как говорится "на слуху", сейчас сложно и дорого, поэтому у нас недорогой номер. Впрочем, всякий золотые номера и не сильно-то актуальны, если правильно настроить сайт, то с мобильной версии звонить можно одним кликом. По отчету кол-во клиентов выросло пока процентов на 15% - и это не предел.

У меня магазин телефонов! Подключил виртуальную атс у зебрателеком! Худшего качества связи не могу найти!!! КАЖДЫЙ день поломки!!!! По несколько часов клиенты не могут дозвониться до меня!!!!! Один клик стоит денег! Один ЛИД стоит сумасшедших денег!!!!! А они меня лишают звонков!!! Ночью аварии устраняйте и технические работы ведите!!!! Идиотизм!!! Никогда, слышите, НИКОГДА не подключайте к этой компании!!!! Никто ничем не поможет!!!! Никто средства не вернет!!!! Упущенных клиентов будет тьма!!!! Даже единицы не заслуживают.. Очень жаль что нет оценки ноль звезд, а лучше -500!!!!!!

УЖАСНОЕ КАЧЕСТВО ПРЕДОСТАВЛЯЕМЫХ УСЛУГ! Сначала несколько дней (!) устраняли "аварию" на узловом оборудовании в СПб и телефоны просто не работали почти 3 дня. Сегодня перестала работать интернет телефония в принципе и в Москве и в Санкт-Петербурге.
