11.01.2013 пришли в клуб в первый раз, за стойкой была девушка..это было примерно часов в 20—21. Мы подошли и сказали что мы в первый раз вы нам покажете куда идти что где находиться. На что нам было сказано где находиться раздевалки!Прошу руководство взять на заметку какие сотрудники работают с людьми!А так клуб отличный!

too Dasha Shatova: слушай, а она что, должна была все бросить и экскурсию вам устроить? Кроме вас там никого не было чтоли и никто больше прийти не должен был да? То есть, вы явились- и все, блин! Надо тут же жаловаться администрации…что блин за люди??? А ПОТОМ ГОВОРЯТ: АДМИНИСТРАТОРА НЕ БЫЛО НА МЕСТЕ)))) Клуб классный, оборудован на Пять! тренеры, инструкторы, все ПО ВЫСШЕМУ РАЗРЯДУ, так нет, их с поклоном не встретили! чего тебе еще надо было, кроме раздевалки? или что, заблудиться боялась,в лесу, чтоли?я туда полгода хожу по карте, работает клуб круглосуточно, что еще надо? ходи когда хочешь, удобно, чисто, так нет, встретили не так! НЕ НАДО НАГОВАРИВАТЬ НА НИХ!! – показать

Показать что и где находится впервые пришедшему человеку обязаны в любом случае, если не хватает персонала, то это проблемы самого клуба!!!

Совершенно с Вами согласна! Мне тоже в первый раз показали только направление в раздевалку. Я могу и сама все найти, но администратор обязан провести именно экскурсию по клубу, учитывая, что там повсюду зеркала и куча народу. Тем более, что их там всегда двое за стойкой. Так что — это упущение руководства!
