Была любимая клиника... попытался вызвать на дом врача девушке - у нас вызов врача и прочие услуги входят в ДМС (который еще и расширенный, не стандартный как у большинства сотрудников, типа вип). В итоге меня промурыжили 10 минут на телефоне в среднем, отказали в вызове врача, посоветовали обратиться в бесплатную местную клинику, когда я потребовал выслать мне письменный отказ в предоставление гарантированных страховкой услуг - обещали передать какому-то мифическому сотруднику, и обещали перезвонить. В итоге уже 2 часа от них ни слуху ни духу, при повторном звонке на них время ожидания варьируется от 3 минут 30 секунд до 4 минут, чередуясь - по всей видимости настроили в телефонии такую петлю чтобы просто не общаться со своими пациентами-клиентами. Хитрый чёрный список? Не ожидал такого от платной клиники уж точно. Творят что хотят.

Как не спросишь про какое лекарство редко когда есть. Продавец всегда говорит по телефону. Такое впечатление, что там деньги отмывают. Больше туда не хожу.
