Прежде чем записаться позвонил на горячую линию уточнить могу ли я прийти по записи или у них живая очередь, на что мне ответили что могу прийти по записи. Я повторно уточнил, не будет ли ситуации, что я пришел в свое время, а там живая очередь, на что мне ответили вы можете прийти по записи, вас примут в назначенное время. Записался, ожидаю свое время. За 3 минуты до моего назначенного времени заходит другой человек. Наступает мое время. Я стучусь, ко мне выходит врач и говорит, что мне нужно подождать, так как у нее прием сейчас. На мой вопрос, а зачем за 3 минуты до моего приема вы принимаете других людей, мне в грубой форме отвечают если что то нравится перезапишись к другому врачу

Очень не понравилось УЗИ у Мухтаровой Ш.А. Во первых я в свое время не зашла(там был другой пациент) , узи мне сделали очень быстро. Зашла я в 10.05, в 10.16 я уже на улице была, а заплатила я за 30 минут приема. Во вторых врач очень грубая, на мое желание снять, сказала убрать телефон, «что ты там собралась снимать? Дырку?». А я эту беременность ждала несколько лет, мужу тоже хотелось показать. Сказала что очень низкое сердцебиение, хотя на моем сроке ЧСС не оценивают вообще, оценивают наличие, есть сердечко или нет. Очень грубый, некомпетентный врач, к которому я больше никогда не вернуть и никому не посоветую 1 звезду добавила только за чистоту в клинике и вежливый персонал (медсестры) Ну и за такое отношение цена завышена
