Грубые сотрудницы на кассе на 1 этаже. Видите ли, нельзя подниматься на этажи выше без талона, хотя на 4 этаже есть еще одна касса, куда я направлялась. Прихожу на прием к неврологу (по направлению из другой клиники), к врачу, у которого ранее проходила лечение. Первое что спрашивает врач на приеме это «А что у них не было неврологов?» Не ожидала такого вопроса от врача, у которого уже проходила лечение. Далее объясняю врачу, что была уже у него на приеме и проходила лечение. Человек дал понять всем своим видом, что не особо заинтересован. Пожалела, что не ушла сразу и не вернула талон. Ожидала другой уровень от частной клиники, прием в которой я оплачиваю. Впечатление отвратительное, хотя ранее подобных ситуаций не было.

Поликлиника очень понравилась. Вежливый персонал и врачи знающие свое дело. Главное можно записаться и не приходиться стоят в очереди как в других клиниках
