Выгодный курс, хорошее обслуживание в кассах, часто бываю в разных офисах этого банка. Но с этим офисом беда: впервые столкнулась с тем, что надо на улице ждать своей очереди. Хорошо, что было всего -5, но этот факт неприятно поразил. Уважаемое руководство, подумайте, пожалуйста, как оптимизировать этот пункт обслуживания клиентов.

Часто приходится сюда обращаться, за обмером валюты, но кажется больше не буду, огромные очереди по 10-15 человек стоят на улице, обслуживают очень долго, внутри охранник, гавкающий, что заходить и ждать внутри нельзя, даже если пошёл муж в кассу, однажды необходимо было найти мелочи, что бы кассир мог выдать сдачу, нашла что бы передать мужу, так охранник с кулаками бросился, правила правилами конечно, но неадекватов лучше избегать.

Постоянно очередь, стоишь на улице под дождем, условий для клиента нет. Очень долго обслуживают впихивают свою карту и на это время обслуживания клиента увеличивается. Пока смс придет пока внесет в базу данных. Спрашиваешь для чего она нужна , отвечают накаплюваются баллы , а баллы для чего? В ответ ищите на сайте и еще без очереди можно. Люди стоят целый час и Я прийду с этой картой пропустите. Во первых совесть не позволит, во вторых кто пропустит, в третих у всех почти есть эта карта. Работает в основном 1 касса , вторая всегда на тех перерыве. Работая 2 кассы очередь ,тут 4 кассы нужно. Много людей как и я уезжаю в другое место, так как нет нормальной работы , куда начальство глядит. Ставлю 5 звезд охранику , все как положено.
