Остерегайтесь данной строительной компании ООО "Стройинвест" это [автор использовал выражение схожее со словом обман, факт которого может установить только суд]. Данная компания занимается строительством коттеджей от 48-160м3 заманивают хорошей ценой, рассрочками и т. п. Начинают строительство но не заканчивают когда люди понимают в чем дело пытаются подавать в прокуратуру и вдругие все возможные инстанции. Мой дом строиться уже 3 года последние 9 месяцев стройка не ведется, я заплатил сразу всю сумму за дом под ключ. Все время кормят обещаниями либо не отвечают на звонки. На директоре Попове Константине Витальевиче ничего не числится ни земли ни имущества фирмы ничего, взыскать с него нечего не могут и предъявить ему тоже.
