В 4G мне меняли термопасту и наращивали оперативную память ноутбука. Из достоинств: 1) Предоплату не взяли. Сказали, что оплата только по результату, и это сразу настроило на доверие. 2) Пошли навстречу по срокам. 3) Девушка-администратор дозванивалась вечером следующего дня, чтобы сообщить, что нарастить до 8 гигов не получится, а только до 6 из-за технических особенностей ноута. Соответственно, снизили цену. И приятно, что администратор дозвонилась с 5-го раза за несколько минут до окончания рабочего дня (мой телефон стоял на беззвучном), а ведь могла и уйти. За такую вовлеченность в клиента отдельный респект. 4) Вернули ноут за 2 часа до обещанного времени. В общем, рекомендую 4G как порядочную контору :) Ноут летает теперь как Юрий Гагарин.
