Произошла не приятная ситуация в отделе Zara в ТРЦ Ривьера. Мной в магазине была приобретена мужская обувь, так как по размеру она оказалась мала, а размера больше в магазине не было, было принято решение её вернуть. Изначально я зашла в мужской отдел и меня отправили в женский, так как там менеджер. Как только я зашла в отдел женской одежды я уже услышала как один консультант кричит другому дословно "Там возврат походу». И тут же на меня бросают надменный взгляд консультанты, которые это услышали. Как только я подошла к кассе, вышла менеджер и не поздоровавшись схватила обувь и начала ее разглядывать, я объяснила причину возврата в ответ она несколько раз попыталась меня обвинить в том, что ее носили. Далее она попросила пройти с ней в мужской отдел для того что юы сравнить данную модель с такими же на прилавке. К осмотру присоединился консультант мужского отдела ( самый приятный и культурный человек из всех кого я встретила этим утром в магазине Zara). Менеджер продолжала настаивать на том, что ее носили, но молодой человек, сказал что все в порядке. На что она ему ответила «Хочешь, принимай» и, опять же, не сказав «досвидания», и не принеся «извинения» за неудобства, демонстративно развернулась и ушла. Осадок остался крайне не приятный, больше желания обращаться к бренду Zara, нет ни какого. У меня остались фото обуви для отзыва, которую я возвращала, фото сделаны в магазине во время возврата. Менеджер был без бейджа, девушка с черными кудрявыми волосами, не высокого роста. Обратите пожалуйста внимание на отношение ваших сотрудников к клиентам.
