Почитала отзывы на филиал Zara в тц Фестиваль, видимо руководство филиала не утруждало себя принять меры для устранения главной проблемы этого филиала, а именно корректное обслуживание на кассах магазина. Сегодня мы оформляли возврат час! При том, что сейчас пандемия и с нами был 3 летний ребёнок. Менеджер очень возмущалась, что на неё был повышен голос, судя по всему сотруднику не хватает способностей понять, что это реакция на ее же работу. По факту сотрудник не понял, что магазин не в состоянии качественно оказать услугу, не принёс извинения, не попытался решить ситуацию, чтобы скандал не случился. Советую менеджеру-блондинке, работающей в 27.06.2021 в вечернюю смену в районе 20:00 вместо того, что обвинять клиентов в неадекватности и говорить им, что наверное проблема не в них (сотрудниках), а в клиентах, вовремя решать возникающие трудности и не доводить до огромных очередей и недовольства. Повторюсь в наш адрес были совершены хамские высказывания, но при этом менеджер никак не пыталась решить ситуацию, делала вид, что нас вообще не существует. Даже когда я попросила принести книгу отзывов, менеджер меня проигнорировала, пришлось опять повысить голос. В итоге конфликт разрешил охранник за 2 минуты, за что ему огромное спасибо, хоть кто-то умеет работать. Очень часто бывают в филиале Zara в тц Columbus, где значительно больший поток, возвраты оформляются четко, сотрудники спокойны и готовы профессионально оказать помощь, на кассах есть очереди безусловно, но обычно обслуживание занимает максимум 10 минут. Думаю сотрудникам филиала в тц Фестиваль давно пора принять меры и что-то поменять в формате своей работы.
