Очень уютный, светлый, чистый доп. офис. Вежливые, отзывчивые сотрудники. Ни разу не возникло проблемы ни по одному вопросу. И уж тем более только специально подготовленный, засланный конкурентами человек может поставить одну звезду.

Люди приходят толпой, когда работает один операционист, и начинают скулить и жаловаться на очередь. Обычно один-два человека в очереди. Единственное, когда придет какое-нибудь чудо и держит всю очередь, но причем здесь отрицательная оценка банка?! Подбешивают такие неадекваты. В целом работники приветливые, радуются приходу каждого клиента, как зарплате, помещение светлое и чистое. Раньше в кулере была противная теплая водица, теперь холодная и вкусная, как в других офисах. На один маленький офис два банкомата и один терминал - очень удобно. Офис охраняемый. Один минус, не зависящий от его работников - после дождя к нему приходится подплывать на машине, как на венецианской гондоле. Вполне себе романтично, если не идти пешком!
