Очередь двигается очень медленно. Во всех банках уже давно есть терминал с талонами для очереди. Тут же очередь живая. Из одного отдела отправляют в другой.

С каждым разом это отделение ухудшает впечатление о банке в целом. Всегда работает только один операционист, очень-очень медленно. Сотрудники путаются в информации, не обучены совершенно, сначала говорят одно, а потом резко другое. Это такой способ выставить клиента глупым?
