Ужасное обслуживание клиентов. Особенно касается сотрудников кредитного отдела! Не внимательные специалисты, позволяющие себе хамское отношение. Приехали к самому открытию отделения, видимо сотрудник ещё не проснулась. Без приветствия, спросила что мне нужно. На ответ, что нужно переделать справку (которую она сама же сделала неверно в понедельник), ответила приходите завтра. Сейчас занята. В итоге справку я получила, но настроение испорчено на весь день.

А где приветствие "здравствуйте, садитесь, чем могу быть полезна??" сразу вопрос "вы являетесь клиентом запсибкомбанка?"," нет я не являюсь вашим клиентом! ", в ответ "ничем не могу помочь!" это нормально??? Если кто-то не является вашим клиентом, то всё??- Клеймо и кредит у вас нельзя брать???

Сотрудникам данного офиса было указано на более внимательное отношение к клиентам при выполнении своих должностных обязанностей. Приняты меры по недопущению подобных ситуаций в дальнейшем. Сообщаем Вам, что в настоящее время ПАО «Запсибкомбанк» выдает кредиты клиентам, получающим заработную плату на карту ПАО «Запсибкомбанк», сотрудникам бюджетных организаций и аккредитованных предприятий, клиентам с положительной кредитной историей. Мы надеемся на Ваше понимание и на то, что данный инцидент не будет являться для Вас показательным при оценке работы Банка в целом
